Chu Han is a game of dynastic intrigue in which two players-one representing the state of Chu, and the other, Han-face-off to gain control of ancient China's eastern lands.

Using troops on the front line and historical figures behind the scenes, players must out-think their opponent and predict their reactions, if they are to find glory in this 2,000-year-old battle.

A game of dynastic intrigue

Two clans vie to forge China's first true dynasty in a card game full of twists and turns. The Chu being in a stronger position, but the Han historically managed to defeat them. The goal is to score 31 points over a series of hands by either melding popular opinion or going out first.

Wining tricks is the key to going out, but keeping the lead is not easy as the various special powers of key characters might reflect your trick back at you or meld disparate ranks into a formidable force.

While the base game provides lots of variety, event cards provide experienced players more options. Two historical campaigns allow players to recreate the Chu-Han Contention.
